Thought I had it, but I was thinking of the 2008 "Pipes" edition. Sorry!
I looked in the back & see that the edition you want is out of print. I imagine some folks on this board might have it, but don't want to part with it.
I'd send a note to the folks at GIRS. Maybe they could help you locate one.

Yep, email Chris at GIRS and order a mint condition copy directly.  Pick up a couple different issues and probably save on shipping.
