This forum is intended for the sharing of Artifact related information, pictures and stories. Discussion of almost any additional topic is also acceptable. This forum is not intended to be used as a vehicle to offer Artifacts or any other items for sale. Postings of this nature will be deleted and persons making such postings may have their membership revoked. It is Ok for members to make posts informing the membership of new items added to their websites or on-line auctions. Attempts to offer items for sale directly on the PROS site will not be tolerated. Pornographic images and/or pornographically suggestive dialog is not permitted in this discussion forum. This includes amateur animation and/or drawings as well as remarks that elude to or are suggestive of any sexual act. Use of extremely vulgar or suggestive language will also not be tolerated. We will allow the use of the following expletives or any compound word that includes them. Damn - Hell - Ass - Shit It is also unacceptable to start or end a word with letters and "bleep" out the missing letters with characters such as $#@%. If you can read your post and fill in the missing word, it is unacceptable and may be deleted. Just keep it clean and there will be no need for such deletions. Use of extremely vulgar language or the posting of pornographic material is cause for permanent suspension from this forum. Site administrator will be the final judge of what qualifies as extremely vulgar language or pornographic material. Just keep it clean folks! Threats of violence or personal bodily harm to any other person are not permitted within this site and are grounds for permanent suspension. Statements to the effect that an argument will be settled "eye to eye", when two persons meet or offers to drive to meet someone to settle an argument, etc. will be considered personal threats. If you have problems that you feel the need to settle in such a manner, take it somewhere else. These types of posts are unacceptable on the PROS discussion forum. Unprovoked attacks and/or ongoing arguments that have nothing to do with artifacts will be deleted and may result in suspension of the persons involved in such arguments or attacks. One of the biggest problems in the artifact collecting community is the proliferation and fraudulent sale of reproduction artifacts and fraud related to internet sales. Posting of information from firsthand experience of fraudulent activity involving artifacts will not be considered a personal attack. Hearsay is not firsthand experience. The artifact community needs input that will help protect other collectors from the crooks lurking in the shadows and posts along these lines will not be considered as personal attacks. Site administrator will be the final judge of what constitutes a personal attack or personal argument and all decisions to edit or delete unacceptable posts will be at sole the discretion of site administrator. Registering a user account on the PROS discussion forum requires the use of your real name. Users who register alias names may be immediately suspended, if it becomes obvious to site administrator that the user has registered an alias name. Suspended users may request that their account be reactivated or that their account be corrected to reflect their real name by e-mailing the site administrator. Any decision to suspend or re-activate a user account will be at the sole discretion of site administrator. Attempts to purposely disrupt the peaceful sharing of information, ideas and friendly dialog on this board are grounds for permanent suspension. Any attempt to crash this board or this site or to access the script or password files or upload/execute any destructive element that in any way effects the normal operation of this site will be cause for immediate suspension and may result in legal remedies being sought by site owner. You may access and view this site only through the web pages provided for that purpose. Attempted access through the administration area or in any other manner, outside the web pages provided, will be considered a violation of the rules and applicable State and Federal laws. All content presented or posted on the PROS discussion forum may be viewed by registering and accessing the discussion board only. Printing or publishing any portion of the content of this site in any format outside this discussion forum is strictly prohibited (without permission) and may be deemed a violation of copyright law. Violators of any of the foregoing will generally be warned before any permanent suspension, unless the violation is so blatant as to be obvious that the poster has complete disregard for the rules of this discussion forum. Administrator has no duty to warn or notify any poster before suspending them. PROS reserves the right to edit, delete or otherwise disseminate the content of any post made by any person on this forum for any reason or purpose we deem appropriate, without obligation or duty of any kind to any person, party or legal entity. Interpretation of the foregoing user agreement is at the sole discretion of PROS management. We reserve the right to change or modify this agreement in any manner we see fit and will not be required to notify or otherwise inform any person of changes or modifications, except to display the date last modified. It is the duty of every person who uses this forum to take note of the date last modified, each and every time this discussion forum is accessed and to read and understand the user agreement before entering the forum.
